Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, generating sales leads, conducting sales training, and managing sales.
Qualifications
• Candidates should have experience in OEM, CEM/EMS and end users.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven sales experience, including developing and implementing successful sales strategies and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in conducting training programs for clients or team members
• Skills in sales management, including managing a sales team and forecasting sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience in the electronics industry or technical sales is preferred
• Knowledge of techno commercial projects and responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP and sound knowledge of electronic components.
Annual renumeration - between 5 lac to 12 lac
