Position: Sales Specialist Location: Ahmedabad Experience required: 1 to 4 years Employment: Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Communication Skills: Should be able to articulate information clearly, listen actively to customer inquiries or concerns, and provide appropriate responses or guidance. • Customer Service Experience: Experience in providing customer service, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships. • Sales and Conversion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers, overcome objections, and ultimately convert inquiries into sales or enrollments. • Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity: Should be able to understand the unique needs and concerns of international students and provide personalized support and guidance. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple inquiries, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously. Candidates should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing their time effectively to prioritize and address customer needs promptly. • Tech-Savvy: In today's digital age, proficiency with technology and digital tools is essential. The candidate should be comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software, email communication platforms, and other relevant tools for customer support and sales. • Teamwork and Collaboration: The candidate will often have to work closely with other team members, such as marketing, sales, and administrative staff. Evaluate the candidate's ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, share information, and contribute to team goals and objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Sales experience, preferably in the training or education sector, is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. • Strong customer focus, with a genuine interest in understanding and addressing the needs of our diverse clientele. • Knowledge or willingness to learn about our counseling, consultation, and training programs and services. • Availability to work according to our schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets. • Enthusiastic BBA/MBA freshers who are eager to learn and grow with us, may apply for this position.
