Sales Executive - Beauty Wholesale (India) Position Title: Sales Executive - Beauty Wholesale Location: Flexible within India About Us: We are a luxury beauty brand based in New Zealand selling Ayurvedic/made in NZ products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive wholesale sales in India. This is a short term employment contract, as we are trying to strengthen our connections with the luxury market. 1 Month term. To find out more about the brand please visit: www.vertheritual.com Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the wholesale beauty market across India • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients, including department stores, specialty beauty retailers, and luxury boutiques (for example: concept stores with select curations of high end independent brands) • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with brand goals and product offerings. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management. • We are only looking at WHOLESALE connections at the moment, you must be able to negotiate and CLOSE deals and MOQ orders. Requirements: • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Hindi • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of luxury sales experience, preferably within the beauty industry. • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the beauty industry, including market dynamics, customer behaviour, and product trends. • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate. • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events.
