Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hardcore Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a commission-based role, offering the potential to earn in lakhs every month. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales and be responsible for driving revenue growth both in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in both domestic and international markets through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
- Outbound Sales: Execute a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and other communication to potential clients, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for both domestic and international markets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of both domestic and international markets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
