This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will focus on business development, converting leads into sales, and achieving targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate AV solutions, building strong customer relationships, conducting negotiations, and providing product training and demonstrations when needed. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and project implementation is also an essential aspect of the role.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements.
• A proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in achieving targets and closing deals.
• Ability to conduct Training and product demonstrations, with excellent interpersonal skills to build client trust and satisfaction.
• Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the Audio-Visual or related industries is an advantage.
• A high degree of motivation, professionalism, and a results-oriented approach.
