Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our services and helping them envision their dream spaces. Your goal is to drive sales by building relationships and understanding client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients.
Present and explain our interior design services and packages.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable design solutions.
Follow up with leads and manage client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the firm's growth.
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates with a flair in sales will also be considered
A degree in any field is required.
Experience in sales calls is a plus, but not required. We will provide training for the right candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
