We at Grand Touring Automobiles exclusive dealer group, are looking to increase our Jaguar Land Rover sales staff as a result of business need and growth. We are looking to hire a dynamic sales person to join our team.
A successful sales person will be customer focused, create repeat business, and be passionate about their job. With hands-on coaching and constant feedback from our management team, you’ll have all the support you need to excel in our current sales process to turn appointments into customers for life. A successful Vehicle Sales Consultant will be:
Above all else, have a passion for the Jaguar Land Rover brands and desire to keep up with the latest vehicle technology.
Minimum two years of Automotive sales experience
Customer focused
Have good time management skills
Be flexible to work evenings and weekends
Be adaptable and flexible in conversation
Be a creative and innovative thinker
Be accountable and dependable
Have good negotiation skills - Be a closer!
Mandarin speaking would be an asset but not a requirement
If you are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales of any kind, we would like to talk to you.
