We seek a result-driven sales and marketing specialist to join our India sales & marketing team and support our growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development and a deep understanding of the Indian market. This role involves working closely with the regional sales team, partners, and customers to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and develop strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the region.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies & marketing plans to achieve regional sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the Indian region.
Manage and nurture strong relationships with distributors and partners to drive sales growth.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer needs in the region.
Monitor and report on the competitive landscape within the Indian region.
Knowledge and Experience
2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the technology and networking industry.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, and security protocols.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (preferred).
Strong understanding of the Indian market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Quick learner or knowledge in the networking or IT industry.
Account management or distributor management experience.
Written and verbal English fluency
Familiarity with Ubiquiti products is preferred, though not required. We do expect, however, that you will proactively develop your knowledge on the job
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field/experience.
