General office administration – including manning office, purchasing of site requirements, arranging couriers, preparation of cyclical reports, managing site cleaning contractor, etc.
Sales Support – assist with SAP, preparation of correspondence, spreadsheets, sales proposals, and PowerPoint presentations in an accurate and professional format.
Sales Reporting – compile Sales, DIFOT, Credit, Inventory, and other reports as required by Account Managers.
Travel – coordinate booking of flights, accommodation and rental vehicles as required in accordance with company policies.
