Job Description
TASKS:
• Provide after-sales and backroom support to the sales team.
• Liaise with sales personnel, customers, and partners to ensure proper fulfilment of orders.
• Handle and resolve customer issues related to the fulfilment and delivery process.
• Coordinate and schedule activities related to customer orders.
• Plan the timely allocation of engineers, partners, and other resources to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure all jobs are finalized and closed with the necessary documentation (invoices, reports, delivery orders, etc.)
• Manage purchasing activities in line with customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery to support fulfilment.
• Use the company ERP and Ticketing System as your primary tools for daily operations.
• Regularly update and upload all sales-related documents into the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Assist in jointly updating the quarterly GST reports with Aage Hempel HQ to meet submission deadlines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in sales support, administration, logistics, or order processing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
