International Customer Support & Sales Executive (Work From Office , Jaipur)
PAN India Hiring | International Voice Process | Relocation Support Provided
We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy speaking with customers, explaining solutions clearly, and confidently handling international calls. If you have experience in an international voice-based process and can communicate smoothly in English, this role is designed for you.
About the Role
This position combines customer support and sales.
You will speak with international customers, understand their questions, offer the right help, and where suitable, explain product/service options, upsell, cross-sell, and close sales.
It’s a role for someone who is patient, clear, and persuasive—without ever sounding pushy.
What You Will Be Doing
Handling inbound calls/chats with international customers
Resolving queries with clarity and patience
Pitching product/services wherever relevant
Upselling/cross-selling based on customer needs
Working on sales conversion targets
Recording interactions accurately and maintaining quality standards
Who We Are Looking For
Only graduates (any stream)
Minimum 1 year experience
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable relocating to Jaipur and working from office

Salary Structure
1 year experience: ₹40,000 – ₹44,000 per month (CTC)
2+ years experience: ₹44,000 – ₹46,000 per month (CTC)
