Responsibilities
Manage daily activities of operational sales support and customer service.
Assisting the sales team with all order processing & dispatch procedures.
Creating quotes, processing orders in a timely manner, planning deliveries, processing requests for an expedited delivery of rush orders, review customer pending items and ensure absolute 100% customer satisfaction and delight.
Responsible for timely updates & communication to customers over email.
Will need to multi-task and handle queries over phone, email and update the details in the ERP system as per the defined processes and other operational requirement.
Develop a rapport & build relationship with the customer’s procurement, stores/inventory, quality team and other stakeholders to ensure regeneration of business.
Basic knowledge of export documents.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Any graduate with experience as Sales Support Executive.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Must work in an organized way with excellent time management skills.
