Position Title : Sales Coordinator – Channel sales
Department : Sales
Reporting to : The Management
Experience : 3 to 5 years in a product company ( FMCG/Electronics/retail/ Consumer Durable, etc)
Salary : No bar for the right candidate .
Location : Only Delhi /NCR based candidates
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues.
• Tracking distributor wise / dealer wise, Sales person wise Targets vs. Achievement
• Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
• Prepare sales forecasts and collect and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals
• Timely provision of information to the Concern Managers to facilitate better decision making
• Identify and keep up with sales trends.. Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure
• sales team is up to date
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are
• efficiently
• Coordination with Branch SCM for clearing the old stocks to increase sales.
• Develop sales reports for sales analysis, forecasting, trending, and results analysis
