Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Coordinator at INIT ANZ. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and support, and providing excellent customer service, and some marketing activities. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Customer Service and Administrative Assistance skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Salesforce and /or Apollo experience is a plus
Experience in the transportation or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
