Summary:
Normet Sales Support Coordinator is taking care of spare part sales order fulfilment and deliveries at Global Distribution Centre (GDC).
Handling customer claims, reporting and analysing.
Preparing quotations; offers, lead time, technical information, and prices.
Provide spare part recommendations.
Provide pricing information.
Responsible for developing the processes and tools of sales support team.
Support claim related project works and follow up the results and report. Maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
Following through customer requests for technical information, price and lead time, order placement to fulfilment and ensuring information, deliveries, and services to end customer site as confirmed.
Responsibilities/Key Result Areas:
• Preparing and sending out of sales order from customers
• Controlling of material on time delivery
• Sales orders expedite activities
• To support spare part transport savings
• Direct delivery support from suppliers to customers
• Monitoring GDC performance
• Support in supplier quality issues and in claim handling
• Control changes, reporting
• Substitutes of order management team
• Co-operate with service operative purchasing, inventory control, finance, manufacturing, service center and GDC.
• Develop order management
• According to the instruction and supervision of the employer as the employer requests
• Claim handling
• Support service order team and consult production planning, engineering and case by case other personnel in material order management related issues
• Develop tools, ERP
