About the Role:
As a Sales Support Executive at US Accounting Coach, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with lead management, client communication, CRM updates, and follow-ups. You’ll serve as a crucial link between prospective clients and our educational services, helping to streamline the sales process and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Assist in converting leads into enrollments by following up promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information and interaction history.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies.
Provide administrative support including preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and confirm appointments and demo sessions with prospective clients.
Respond to client queries and provide detailed information about our programs and offerings.
Track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, follow-ups, response time).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in a sales support or client service role (education or ed-tech industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in education or coaching sector.
Knowledge of U.S. accounting or interest in learning about the industry.
Ability to handle objections and help clients make informed decisions.
