Job Description
Administrative Support:Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, CRM systems, and sales-related documentation.
Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and other data for analysis and decision-making.
Handle routine paperwork, such as sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
Manage and organize sales team calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Customer Interaction:Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
Coordinate with customers to schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and follow-ups.
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate sales team members.
Sales Team Support:Provide sales representatives with the necessary materials, samples, and product information.
Assist in the creation and distribution of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
Prepare and distribute sales quotes and assist in the pricing process.
Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, including recording meeting minutes and action items.
Order Processing:Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.
Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify potential leads, trends, and competitor information.
Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Training and Onboarding:Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Maintain and update sales training materials and documentation.
Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies that hinder sales productivity.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve sales-related issues and bottlenecks.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and order history.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma is typically the minimum educational requirement, though some positions may require a bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
