Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Mulund. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for timely deliveries.
Resolve order-related issues and provide quick solutions.
Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Provide updates on order status, shipments, and other relevant details.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Sales Team Support:
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Update sales materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
Maintain accurate customer databases.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales team.
Help organize sales events, conferences, and meetings.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain and update sales reports and KPIs.
Manage contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
Administrative Support:
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements.
Assist in creating sales presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and proactive approach.
System-oriented and sharp-minded with attention to detail.
