About the Role:
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (Oceania)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Work Location: WFH + South Wharf

You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the Australian Sales Support team and to ensure that the sales support team achieve KPI’s/objectives set by the Chief Commercial Officer and Sales Management.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products - E-commerce, VAS, Intermodal, CEVA Cross Sell

Support the outside/inside sales team to achieve the targeted market coverage and actively perform customer follow up

Support customers with the use of digital platform

Lead, coach and manage a team of Sales Support staff across Australia. Follow up and monitor performance of sales support team through the utilization of corporate tools

Monitor staff deployment across Australia to ensure all State Offices are receiving the required Sales Support for Outside/Inside Sales

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience working in the shipping industry is preferred

Previous experience in leadership, team management is a big plus

Customer orientated approach

Excellent change management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff

Understanding of sales techniques

Well developed communication skills both written and oral

Experience in telemarketing and internal sales is highly regarded

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must be an Australian citizens or a permanent residents.
