Eco Tours Karnataka is an ambitious travel startup committed to revolutionizing the way travelers from tier 1 cities of India spend their weekends. We strive to provide exceptional travel experiences and personalized services to our customers. As a Sales and Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our team, engaging with leads, understanding their requirements, providing recommendations, facilitating payments, and offering outstanding support to ensure our customers have an unforgettable travel experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on incoming leads from various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Communicate with potential customers to gain a deep understanding of their travel preferences, requirements, and budget limitations.
Create personalized travel recommendations and itineraries tailored to each customer's needs, leveraging our company's resources and industry knowledge.
Present and explain travel packages, pricing, and additional services to customers, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits.
Handle the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, while striving to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Assist customers with the booking and reservation process, ensuring accuracy in capturing customer details and preferences.
Facilitate seamless and secure payment transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the payment process.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, offering exceptional support and service at every touchpoint.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to enhance the overall customer experience and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging travel destinations, and product knowledge to better assist customers and provide relevant recommendations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and customer support roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales tools is a plus.
Passion for travel, along with a customer-centric mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, including weekends and holidays if required.
