Job Title: Sales Support/Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:
ITF, Inc. / Cunado USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support/Data Entry Clerkteammate to assist sales team with various administrative, organizational, and support tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring commercial and operations workflow. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and track incoming client requests in an organized and timely manner
· Coordinate information to support accurate and competitive proposals
· Maintain vendor records to ensure up-to-date data
· Process customer orders accurately within company systems
· Provide overall sales support by maintaining accurate information, coordinating with vendors, and working with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Customer Service oriented
· Prior experience in sales support, sales administration, or order processing is a plus
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
· Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Point of Sale/order entry software preferred
· Experience reviewing and preparing client requests

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
