Sales Team Lead Responsibilities
• As a Team Lead in Sales at Smart Interviews, you will be managing the inside sales representatives team, building an open-communication environment for your team
• You will directly be working with the Head of Sales / CEO of the company
• You will be setting and tracking the inside sales targets for your team and providing the required guidance and assistance as and when required.
• Building, suggesting, and implementing improvements in the sales process
• Submitting weekly / monthly sales reports on inside sales metrics, and suggesting the improvements that can be implemented.
• Researching and discovering methods to increase customer engagement and customer base.
• Provide salespersons with tools, scripts, and other relevant content that will guide their interaction with prospective customers
• Carry out assessments to identify and eliminate efficiency-limiting and time-consuming factors
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales in an EduTech company.
• Experience with CRM tools (like LeadSquared, Hubspot, etc)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
