Responsibilities:
• Should have 5+ years of experience in US Staffing and Min 1+ years of team handling.
• Experience handling C2C clients.
• Manage and mentor a sales team.
• Set sales targets and provide coaching.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Cultivate strong client relationships.
• Generate leads and close deals.
• Track performance and provide insights.
• Collaborate with internal departments.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
