Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their individual and team targets. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, sales strategies, and updates. Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to. enhance team. performance. 2. Sales Performance: Set sales targets and objectives for the team in alignment with the company's sales goals. Monitor team performance against targets, analyze sales data, and take corrective actions as needed. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective sales strategies to maximize results. Work closely with team members to assist in closing deals, resolving customer issues, and overcoming objections. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors" activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. 3. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Present reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in BPO sales, with a minimum of [2] years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales processes.
