Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Delhi, India. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing and leading a sales team, including maintaining customer service standards, implementing sales strategies to meet targets, and conducting regular analytical reviews of sales data to make necessary improvements to sales processes.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to review sales data and make improvements to sales processes
• Proven team management experience in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships
• Proven sales experience with the ability to implement successful sales strategies to meet targets
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required
• Experience in the facility management industry or related fields is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
