Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Admission counsellors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings, set clear goals, and track performance.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive student enrollments and meet revenue targets for assigned products, programs, or branches.
Monitor lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-up and conversion by the team.
