Job Description
We are looking for a sales team leader who has worked in any BPO/call center and generated sales from agents.
Responsibilities :
manage a team of 30+ people.
Communicate with sales head and channelize work task to achieve set goals.
monitor team performance and give support and training to improve it.
create regular reports.
Experience and Skills:
Has at least 2 year+ of experience as the team leader in any call center/ BPO/Contact center.
Has achieved sales goals.
Has managed a team of at least 20 persons in any call center.
Familiar with the dialer system.
Excellent communication skills in the Gujarati Language.
Good writing skills in English.
