Urgently required Sales Team Leader with good experience of Sales and Team Handling.
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Pay grade: Upto 25 K
Responsibilities:
-Handling and managing a team of minimum 8 - 10 Sales Agents
-Briefing about the benefits and features of our Company Brand
-Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
-Delegate tasks and set deadlines
-Oversee day-to-day operation
-Monitor team performance and motivate team members
-Discover training needs and provide coaching
-Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Requirements:
-Must be a Graduate with minimum 1 yr. experience as a Team Leader
-Excellent team handling skills.
-Team Leadership Experience
-Leadership Skills, Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
-Interviewing & Sales Skills
