Profile: Team Leader (Sales)
Role:
Helps salespeople close deals when necessary
Communicates with sales team to ensure that dealership policies & procedures are understood and followed
Contacts new owners within 24 hours of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction with sales and delivery process. Addresses any concerns or complaints immediately
Ensures team members maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
Achive their monthly goals
Qualification : Graduation
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in automobile (Dealership)
