Job Overview Favcore is looking for an energetic, street-smart, and highly motivated Team Leader (TL) to manage and drive our network of Freelance Sales Partners. Since our sales partners work independently (on a freelance/commission basis), your main role will be to keep them engaged, train them, guide them on the field, and ensure month-on-month sales targets for our Compliance Packages (GST, ITR, Registrations) are achieved. Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां) Network Engagement: Actively connect with onboarded Freelance Sales Partners daily via calls, WhatsApp groups, and meetings to keep them motivated. On-Field Support: Join freelance partners on the field in Jaipur's commercial markets to help them pitch and close high-value B2B compliance deals. Training & Onboarding: Conduct daily/weekly training sessions (online & offline) to teach new freelance partners how to sell Favcore’s compliance and registration products. Target Management: Take ownership of the collective sales volume and ensure the freelance network actively brings in registered vendors and subscription sales. Daily Reporting: Track which freelance partners are active/inactive and maintain performance logs in MS Excel for management review. Requirements & Skills (योग्यता) Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Team Handling, or Network Marketing (Direct Selling/Agency management experience is a huge plus). Compliance Knowledge: Basic understanding of B2B products like GST, ITR, MSME registration, etc., to effectively guide the team. People Skills: Exceptional communication skills in Hindi. You must be skilled at building relationships and handling field rejections. Assets: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooty) and a smartphone for daily market visits. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of handling mobile portals and maintaining reports on Excel.
