We are looking up for a candidate who would lead our sales team in best manner.As sales
department is crucial department we are expecting a highly dedicated employee who knows
how to join the team together understand the strengths of each employee in sales
department and making them work over their strong points .The candidate must
understand our firm our firms product and services to lead the whole department in right
path.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning the work the sales department and
• ensuring that work is done in the expected manner.
• As we basically provide services then working in such a manner that our services are
• known to more people.
• Solving the grudges of customers and finding reasons for deficiency and working
• upon it to increase the sales.
• Maintain proper records to the sales department and write reports for the senior manager.
• Continuously work upon maximisation of sales.Providing staff of sales department their feedback and aiding them to solve clients
• problem.
• Motivating the department so that they are able to give their best.
• Developing sales strategies .
• SKILLS REQUIRED
• A bachelor or postgraduate degree in marketing or sales .
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Have knowledge of financial markets.
• Must have experience in sales.
• The candidate should have good leadership skills .
• Excellent communication skills .
• Should have an idea of how to understand the current market needs .
• Should know how to motivate the team so that they give their best .
• Good time management skills.
• We required Experience in Insurance,Mutual,DMT (if have)
• Basic computer required.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Indore - 452001, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
