Position: Sales Telecaller
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Work from Home)
Salary Range: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance and experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and converting leads into sales. This role is remote and requires excellent communication skills along with a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over calls.
Follow up with prospects and maintain good client relationships.
Update and maintain customer database/records.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a telecaller / telesales executive preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with spreadsheets/CRM.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently from home with proper internet connectivity and a smartphone/laptop.
