Job Description
Location: Remote-based, with shift work primarily to cover the US timezone
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and drive crypto options sales opportunities. Build a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective opportunities from consulting, educating, planning to advisory with retail & institutional clients.
• Develop client profiling to identify previous success cases and develop them into viable, replicable efforts. Channel marketing efforts accordingly.
• Define and evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new institutional clients
• Close high revenue, high impact value deals.
• Ensure prospects or new clients are in good standing and do not introduce financial, reputational, or regulatory risks to the Coincall business.
• Articulate client feedback and identify gaps in service/product offerings. Propose improvements to senior management and product-related teams.

The Must Haves:
• Passion and enthusiasm for crypto derivatives products, particularly crypto options.
• Strongly motivated to make an impact and drive outcomes.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to cater to client needs.
• Experience in the BD capacity within crypto derivatives or tradfi derivatives, with a proven track record of developing prospects and closing deals.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a strong, effective team contributor.
• Excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritize and manage sales in an organized manner.
• Good understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Junior - Mid experience trading options in either crypto or tradfi (or a keen interest in doing so).
• An entrepreneurial approach to observing competitors, identifying opportunities, planning, and executing.
• A willingness to learn and understand the end-to-end business flow and stay updated with product developments.
• Awareness of the changing regulatory environment and its impact and opportunities for the business.
