You will be responsible for direct sales of residential & commercial properties by presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of available property. Your main focus will be on converting prospects to closed sales and providing close, personal client attention with tenacious follow-up to ensure the best service. Additionally, you will be in charge of lead generation and managing prospects, including generating new leads through direct mails to prospective customers. You will also handle queries related to the site and establish strong networking with customers for sales and further references. Self-sourcing will be a key requirement for this role.
