Intro
The incumbent will be responsible for Training, Coaching, Handholding of Dealership Sales Team. The role is expected to deliver Trainings at various locations. Complete the Man days given by the client. Trainings can be in form of Class Room Training, On the Job training, Coaching, Virtual Training and Conducting Audits. Compile and Present Reports & Support HOD. Ensure that all the manpower at given location is trained.
