• Conduct ONLINE training programs for sales folks Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training

• Prepare daily weekly/ monthly training calendar
• Ensure training data is maintained for all training activities
• Customize training content as per regional needs
• Monitor field performance using on the job training (OJT) for new hires
• Coordinate all training activities given to her
• Maintain training assets given to him

Graduate freshers with excellent communication and 1 year exp in training CTC upto 25k + incentive
Salary:
₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
