Position Title: Sales Trainer Reports to: Director Company: Digital Regenesys
Position Overview:
About the role - We’re seeking a qualified Sales Trainer. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that employees receive requisite training to prepare them for their role. To be successful as a trainer you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer is able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.
Desired Candidate Profile & Job Responsibilty:
Work with multiple stakeholders, clients and vendors to coordinate, execute and oversee project management related deliverables.
Experience working on Salesforce and also preferably working on up skilling courses like - Data science, ML, AI etc.
Liaise between internal team to ensure the smooth functioning of scheduled projects and deliverables.
Upskill trainers on the subject/topic they are going to deliver the session on.
Ensure project execution is flawless and keep a close eye on every project being serviced.
Empanel new trainers based on their expertise and passion for freelance training.
Skills Expertise:
An impeccable command over written and spoken English.
Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal and external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors.
Attention to detail, research and analysis oriented.
Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display industry based expertise.
Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).
Age: Below 35 years Experience: 4-7 years
Work Location: Remote online, candidate may be based anywhere in India. Working days: 6 working days.
Budget: 5-7 LPA max
