Become part of the future of Conversational Commerce with Interakt - come and join us We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join the Sales Team. • Haptik’s Hybrid Work Model: - Haptik plans to operate in a hybrid work-model where our employees will have the flexibility to Work-from-Home (WFH) for up to 3 out of 5 working days every week. - In addition to Mumbai where we already have an office, places like Bangalore, Delhi/NCR and Pune will also have an office space soon in 2026 as many of our current employees are also based in these cities. Key Responsibilities: - End-to -End ownership of SDR team’s training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training). - Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc). - Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement. - Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production. - Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs / SQLs generated). - Monitor the progress of the salespeople you train. Work cross-functionally to improve their performance and support them by conducting supplemental training sessions. - Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them - Design and Implement new projects to upgrade training content and methods • Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience as Inside sales trainer - Excellent communication skills - Experience in SAAS / Computer Software - Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements. - Data-driven Keen interest in analyzing performance data and transforming it into actionable strategies.Tell me more about Haptik - On a roll: Announced major strategic partnership with Jio. - Great team: You will be working with great leaders who have been listed in Business World 40 Under 40, Forbes 30 Under 30 and MIT 35 Under 35 Innovators. - Great culture: The freedom to think and innovate is something that defines the culture of Haptik.
