Key Responsibilities: - End-to -End ownership of SDR team’s training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training). - Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc). - Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement. - Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production. - Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs / SQLs generated). - Monitor the progress of the salespeople you train.
