We are seeking a seasoned Sales/Soft Skills/Corporate Trainer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both Sales and Customer Service, with a primary emphasis on Sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance Enhancement:
- Utilize your expertise to improve sales results through strategic training and performance audits.
- Develop and implement training programs that refine sales techniques and drive revenue growth.
2. Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Analysis (TNA):
- Conduct Training Needs Identification to assess skill gaps within the sales team.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis to design targeted training content that addresses identified gaps.
3. Business Quality (BQ) Enhancement:
- Collaborate with teams to enhance Business Quality, leading to improved sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage audits and data-driven insights to refine processes and enhance overall quality.
4. Customer Service Excellence:
- Foster a customer-centric approach within the sales team to improve customer service quality.
- Incorporate customer service training elements to enhance the overall sales process.
5. Managerial Training:
- Deliver training not only at the frontline level but also focus on managerial training.
- Equip managers with skills to lead, motivate, and guide their teams effectively.
6. Task and Project-Driven:
- Handle diverse tasks and projects related to training initiatives.
- Drive projects from conception to implementation, ensuring objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer within BPO Environment
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry sales processes and customer engagement dynamics.
- Expertise in conducting Training Needs Identification and Analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Business Quality improvement.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs that enhance both sales and customer service.
- Strong managerial training capabilities to cater to various team levels.
- Task-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
