Hero Vired is seeking a Sales Trainer with expertise in consultative sales techniques to join our team. The Sales Trainer will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in consultative sales approaches. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and enhancing our sales team's effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and maintain training materials, resources, and curriculum tailored to consultative sales methodologies. Design interactive and engaging training modules, including sales scripts, role-playing scenarios, and case studies.
• Training Delivery: Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions to educate sales representatives and managers on consultative sales techniques. Adapt training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants. Foster a learning environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
• Sales Skills Assessment: Implement methods for assessing sales team performance, identifying areas of improvement, and developing training strategies based on the results.
• Consultative Sales Techniques: In-depth knowledge of consultative sales methodologies, including needs analysis, solution-selling, objection handling, and relationship-building. Train sales professionals on the art of active listening, asking probing questions, and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Role-Playing and Skill Practice: Organize role-playing exercises and simulated sales scenarios to help salespeople practice and refine their consultative sales skills. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants during practice sessions.
• Sales Technology: Familiarize sales teams with relevant sales technology tools and software that enhance the consultative sales process, such as CRM systems.
• Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify areas for process improvement and refinement in the consultative sales cycle. Develop and deliver training modules focused on process enhancements.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consultative sales best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure training programs remain current.
• Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and participant assessments. Provide regular reports and insights to management on the impact of training on sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in consultative sales with a successful sales track record.
• Previous experience as a sales trainer in edtech or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using sales technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic sales environment and motivate sales teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels
