Qualifications • Presentation skills and experience conducting sales trainings • Training and development experience • Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery • Customer service experience for maintaining high-quality standards • Strong organizational skills to create and maintain training materials and schedules • Proven experience in improving sales performance and meeting sales targets • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field • Relevant professional certifications or training in sales training and development
