About the Role:
As a Vehicle Sales Yard Assistant at our RV Super Centre in Christchurch, you'll be an essential part of creating an outstanding RV-buying experience for our customers. If you're a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment, this role could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
Yard Operations: Keep our vehicle yard organised, display vehicles for easy access, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Perform routine checks, minor maintenance, and repairs to keep vehicles in peak condition.
Sales Support: Assist sales staff by preparing vehicles for test drives and customer demos.
WOF & COF Inspections: Transport vehicles for required inspections.
Additional Tasks: Support the overall operations of the sales team as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Self-Motivation & Can-Do Attitude: A positive approach to tasks and challenges.
Valid Driver's License: Clean record required, with confidence in handling various vehicles.
Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle mechanics (diesel knowledge is a plus).
Team Spirit: A fun and outgoing personality, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring that vehicles and the yard meet the highest standards.
Physical Capability: Able to perform tasks that require lifting and moving vehicles safely.
