Sales Vice President
Job Description:
• Leadership and Management: Lead the operation and management of the branch company, overseeing the construction and management of the regional foundational team.
• Customer Development: Drive customer acquisition within the region by executing annual and quarterly customer development plans. Establish the company as a preferred supplier through strategic visits and communications.
• Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gain trust and insight into customer project planning. Ensure the company is involved in early RFI (Request for Information) discussions.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage order intake in the region, developing pricing strategies and technical solutions based on potential customer information to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of orders.
• Market Analysis: Collect, analyze, and summarize customer information from the North American market to inform business strategies.
• Risk Management: Proactively prevent customer complaints and implement measures to strengthen risk management practices.
