Role Requirements Previous sales experience essential Previous flooring/carpet sales experience would be a distinct advantage Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with customers Have the ability and confidence to develop own technical product knowledge Self-motivated and organised Computer Skills Assisting Customers in Store and at Home to choose the best Carpet and Flooring Materials for their requirements Carrying Out Measures in Customers Homes If Required Estimating Materials to minimise waste and maximise Profitability. If Required Always Offering Best Professional advice and Customer Service. An Eye for a Sale and enjoy dealing with people. Warehouse Work - Taking In Delivery's, Processing customers cuts, re-stocking remnants and roll stock in store. Customer Delivery's Role Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales objectives and targets Assist customers with there carpet & flooring purchases Providing excellent customer service both face to face and on the telephone Using the computer system to check stock availability Locating stock in the warehouse and restocking Processing sales invoices and payments Other duties as required in line with the role Company To Apply This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known, family run business and progress within your career.
