Business Development Manager -cum- Sales Leader
Job Description -
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development (B2B) in USA.
Should be willing to work in USA timings.
What you will do –
1. Identifying and securing business opportunities.
2. Creating a sales pipeline (new customers)
3. Call CxO (top management) of companies, articulate the value proposition to them and seal the deal or follow-up till closure
4. Maintaining business relations with existing clients
5. Answering potential client’s calls and resolve queries
6. Maintaining database of prospective clients
7. Researching potential leads
8. Meeting or exceeding the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
+. Collaborate with management in sales planning
10. Doing market research and developing custom marketing strategies
What you will need –
1. Comfortable in making cold calls and speaking to new people every day.
2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills (Fluent American accent is a must)
3. Persuasive, self-motivated, self-directed and goal oriented person
4. Eager to expand company with new clients
5. Possess an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanour
6. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
7. Tenacity to handle rejection and move on to a new potential client
8. Ability to work under stress while completing sales targets
+. Strong computer skills like MS office and CRMs
10. In-depth understanding of company’s offering.
Currently, the position based on WFH till January 2026 and it may continue as WFH if performance is above expectations.
Please keep in mind that this is a target oriented job, so candidates who are from sales background in North American territory should apply only, Fluent American accent is a mandatory requirement.
