Cloud Mentor is seeking a Salesforce Developer & Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. Cloud Mentor is a leading IT and Cloud service provider with in-depth expertise in implementation of Salesforce CRM, Accounting Seed ERP solutions, Advologix and Litify.
Responsibilities:
Admin
• 2-4 years of work experience as Salesforce Administrator.
• Should have good knowledge for salesforce automations like Workflow, Process builder, Flows, Validation Rules, Email alerts and Email templates
• Should have good knowledge of approval process setup.
• Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
• Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports and Dashboards
• Daily administration and support of the client's Salesforce database, including but not limited to managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
• Collaborate on process analysis and process automation.
• Daily maintenance of the existing security structure of the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in the planning process of the organization's migration from Classic to Lightning.
• Enter surveys into the Salesforce database.
• Trouble-shoot with users and other daily support tasks for customers.
• Participate in larger project initiatives on the Salesforce platform.
• Other duties as assigned.
Testing
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design
• Creation of detailed test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate test activities
• Identify, record, document and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Prepare the environment(s) including data and parameters
• Conducting tests
• Observing results
• Patterns and irregularities
• Capturing those results in a clear concise manner
• Outlining Problems
• Highlighting Opportunities
• Offer Solutions
What you will bring:
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Assist/Support project teams with various implementations
• Help visualize technical data in a way that is meaningful to business decision makers Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Develop user documentation based on use case requirements
• Provide test results with supporting dialog and insight
• Monitor and consult on debugging process results
• Having relevant Salesforce Certifications is must
