What You’ll Do:
Own the Platform
You’ll be the guardian of our Salesforce ecosystem—configuring, customising, and optimising it to meet the evolving needs of our global business. From security to sandbox deployments, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and securely.
Develop & Innovate
Harness Apex, Flow, LWC, and Visualforce to design robust, scalable solutions. Integrate with internal and external platforms and bring automation, AI, and smart data to life. You’ll follow best practices and manage DevOps pipelines to keep innovation flowing.
Drive Operational Excellence
Lead continuous improvement efforts. Translate business needs into smart Salesforce solutions, champion data quality, and ensure we’re getting the most out of every feature—reporting impact along the way.
Collaborate & Elevate
Work closely with the Global Salesforce Operations Manager and cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Marketing, Automation) to align strategy, share knowledge, and drive user adoption. From Twilio to Marketo and StudyLink, your influence spans across platforms.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration & Development across Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I (bonus points for more!).
Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative tools.
Integration experience with APIs and middleware platforms.
A deep understanding of Salesforce security models and system governance.
A problem-solver’s mindset with sharp business acumen.
The ability to simplify complexity and engage stakeholders at every level.
