Description
The Global Salesforce Specialist will work with a team of experienced Salesforce professionals to support more than 1,500 users across the globe. The ideal candidate needs to be a cool-minded, critical thinker who will provide a baseline level of support for all users on Salesforce Lighting processes. Additionally, the candidate will develop and deliver end-to-end dashboard and analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions as well as data quality and gaps. The ideal candidate would have advanced knowledge of visualization tools and experience in supporting sales organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide end-user support for internal case management and case triage. Provide support with data integrity and stewardship.
• Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools including and not limited to Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, custom Microsoft based reporting solutions, Excel etc. to streamline report generation enable business insights and decisions as well as data quality and gaps.
• Incorporate scalable processes with consistent and standardized views
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
