Technical Expertise:
• Salesforce: Extensive experience in configuration, customization, and programming with Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visualforce technologies. Proficient in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Apttus/Conga CPQ & CLM: Skilled in Apttus/Conga CPQ and CLM modules, including product configuration management, pricing management, and Apttus Intelligent Workflow Approval process.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in Apex Class, Triggers, APIs, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Capable of implementing new instances of Salesforce.com applications from scratch.
• Product & Pricing Management: Strong in managing products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, constraint rules, price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback classes, and validation callback classes.
• X-Author: Experienced in building and updating complex X-Author word templates.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Proficient in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
• Salesforce Lightning: Experienced with Salesforce Lightning, including creating and managing components.
• Web Services & Integration: Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL, and other integration aspects.
• Deployment: Skilled in deployment processes and best practices.
Additional Skills:
• JavaScript: Good understanding of JavaScript and frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS, and ExtJS.
• Development & Testing: Able to understand technical specifications and develop features/modules using Apex/Visualforce technology for Salesforce.com-based web/mobile applications. Proficient in performing unit testing for developed modules.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills, with experience in participating in technical discussions within project teams and status meetings with customers.
